2017 Domaine Serene, Triple S Vineyard Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, Oregon

Located just below the Evenstad Estate in the Dundee Hills, the Triple S Vineyard is planted to Dijon clones 777 & Pommard in Jory soil at approximately 450 feet in elevation. Due to its elevation and southern exposure, it is one of our earliest ripening sites.

Exquisitely textured and wildly complex, The 2017 Triple S Vineyard expresses sublime aromas of black cherry and red plum, interlaced with a fresh lilac bouquet. On the palate, a strong impression of stewing spices offers depth, as highlights of bright berry pie accent rich savory nuances. Plush and silky with a tinge of tea rose on the tongue, the exquisite tannins and rounded structure are refined, and subtly drive the palate through a long, elevated finish.
