2017 Domaine Serene, Jerusalem Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir, Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
Harvested from our lowest elevation vineyard located 16 miles south of the Dundee Hills, our Jerusalem Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir hails from the Eola-Amity winegrowing region. Rooted in rich Woodburn sedimentary soils deposited into the valley during the Missoula Floods some 13,000 to 15,000 years ago, this delectable pinot noir yields a savory flavor profile with a gorgeous core of dense black fruit, button mushroom aromatics and hints of truffle and smoked meats on the palate.
Pairing equally as well with Boeuf Bourguignon as with tender barbecued brisket, this enticing Pinot Noir is a perfect accompaniment to your late summer BBQs and early autumn tables.

"Shows polish and impeccable structure, with expressive raspberry, toasted spice and rose petal accents that build tension and richness toward fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2029". —T.F.
