2016 Domaine Serene, Côte Sud Vineyard Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, Oregon

The Côte Sud Vineyard is located on the south-facing slope of the Evenstad Estate and ranges from 510 to 790 feet in elevation. This nearly six-acre vineyard is comprised of Jory soil and is our only single vineyard site planted to both the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals.

Tasting Notes

On approach, an enticing bouquet of strawberry preserves and vanilla radiate from the glass. The palate is giving and broad, showcasing a strong, yet refined, tannic structure that provides impeccable balance. The mouthfeel is opulent and powerful with a long lingering finish that keeps you coming back for more.
