Abbey Oaks Vineyard is our only vineyard located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and is comprised of sedimentary soils of the Willakenzie series. Abbey Oaks ranges from 220 to 320 feet in elevation and is planted to a complex array of clones on a well exposed south-facing slope. This unique combination of clones, elevation, soils and sun exposure ensures consistent ripeness and depth of fruit-driven flavors in the wine year after year.

Tasting Notes:

On approach, your senses are met with an enticing bouquet of sweet plum and blueberry pie. The palate is rich and layered with dark fruit and subtle accents of tobacco and black tea. The mouthfeel is intriguingly rich and savory with velvety tannins giving way to a long beautiful finish.
