2021 Domaine Serene, ‘Coeur Blanc’ White Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, Oregon

The 'Coeur Blanc' is a special and limited production white wine crafted from fully mature Pinot Noir grapes. At harvest, 100% estate-grown grapes from carefully selected vineyard blocks are handpicked and meticulously sorted. The grapes are then gently whole-cluster pressed, limiting contact with the grape skins so that only the “white heart” juice is expressed. The resulting juice is barrel fermented in French oak and then aged on the lees prior to bottling.
