The Montagny region of Burgundy is dedicated to the production of Premier Cru Chardonnay, and its limestone-rich soils yield impeccable wines of sophistication. The 'Knights Templar Cuvée' Chardonnay merges finesse and minerality to offer a tensioned acidity balanced with a creamy mouthfeel. This exemplary wine delivers richness and elegance, with a punctuated mineral essence that lingers exquisitely into the finish.

Like its Pinot Noir counterpart, the Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay utilizes clonal variation and site-driven diversity to deliver a wine of superior quality and consistency from vintage to vintage. It is the flagship wine of our Chardonnay program.

Yamhill Cuvée is named for the county where all of the Domaine Serene Estates are located. This signature blend includes grapes from the Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, and Yamhill-Carlton AVA's. It is consistent and approachable, with a textural profile that is vibrant, silky and persistent.

To make Grand Cheval we take the best characteristics of two very different varietals, Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley, and our own Pinot Noir grapes from the Dundee Hills, and blend them in perfect harmony to create our own version of the ideal “steakhouse wine.” This wine is substantial enough for the richest of dishes, yet soft enough to please any palate.
